Here’s an opportunity to make time for yourself this holiday season.

Fall and winter can be a great time for reflection. It is a time when the world slows down (barely) and you have time to look back (after the holiday parties and gift buying) and look forward.

Although, sometimes it can feel like everything after Labor Day is a giant water-slide into the New Year; when we are most interested in connecting with ourselves and others, but all the stress keeps us from it. If that sounds like you, I have a possibility for you to set some time aside and plug in.

For anyone interested – workbook nerds and workbook newbies alike – I would like offer a collective experience. Starting December 1st, I will start my workbook, Where Are You Stuck?. Don’t let the name fool you, it is not just about getting unstuck, but also getting clarity on what you want, what you think is in your way and what you believe about both. Inherent in the 21-day writing exercise is reflection, clarity of your beliefs which stimulates ideas for moving forward in the areas of your life you’d like movement or change.

What do I mean by collective experience? All who are interested would also start the workbook on December 1st with me, and write each day for 21 days on your own, but together. You are having your own experience, while at the same time knowing a group of others are working with you in group consciousness, all tuning into the same “radio station” each day for 21-days, asking the same questions of themselves. Synergy.

I am adding a sharing station. I will make a private facebook page for the group so you can share your experience or ask me (or the group) questions, if you feel so inclined. Depending on the group size and interest, I am open to setting a google hangout or Skype group call periodically.

The only cost is purchasing the workbook if you don’t already have one, or if you’d like to work in a new one. This is simply an opportunity to have a personal and shared experience where for 21 days, *15 minutes a day, you are focused on you.
