Where Are You Stuck? A 21-Day Writing Exploration

Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. Your values become your destiny.

– Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi

There isn’t a clearer way to explain what my intention is with the workbook then to use the quote above to introduce it.

I wrote this workbook to provide a self-learning tool with the same goal as my private sessions and workshop; to help people find the beliefs that are subconsciously ruling their life experience and causing conflict with having what they want (“destiny”).

The words that you use and the meaning you have ascribed to them have within them information to your questions about your life and why it is or is not working. Words are the sign posts, the indicators about how you perceive and experience the world. The personal insight that can be gleaned from those words is deep, informing and liberating.

The workbook has a simple set up and can take 15 to 45 minutes each day depending on how much you have to say.

The writing exercise helps you to unwind the quote above. You will be using your words to explore your thoughts, actions and values to see if the beliefs they support are in fact helping or hindering you to create the life you desire.

The reviews tell a personal story. If you want to know more, I recommend reading them to hear the experience of others and what they gained. I’ve also put a couple testimonials below.

The workbook is available for purchase on Amazon.

Testimonials

All I can say is WOW. I’m very grateful to have found this book. It has literally become a compass in my life. I don’t have life all figured out, but completing this book has set me on a clear path, and I now see things much more clearly. I’m on my way to finding balance in my career and personal life. I see now how I’ve held myself back and I see why I’ve made certain choices that were not in my best interest. It’s pretty mind blowing to get to the bottom of negative thoughts concerning words and their negative impact on your life. I literally sat back with my mouth hanging open at times. Sometimes it left me crying but then after that the healing began. I’ve learned to be easier on myself and forgive myself. Our experiences in life really can have a profound negative effect on our present lives in ways we’re not even aware. This book brought that awareness to me. It’s really a great addition if you’re on a journey of self-awareness and want positive change in your life. I’m grateful to the author for making this book available.

When you are ready to find a great workbook, they show up and this book is one of them. Writing through these exercises has really been a rewarding process. In the beginning you don’t feel like writing everyday is doing anything but like working out, just showing up everyday is what’s counts to focus on what really matters in your life. I am so grateful I “stuck” it out… I was able to re-evaluate how my own perception of words can impact my life, something I would haven’t though about in this fashion. The tools I learned in this book really already have spilled over into my daily practices and will for a long time.

Doing this workbook each day has helped to reveal deeper beliefs I have about myself and how I view things I didn’t know I had. It has helped me to be brutally honest with what my actual beliefs are. Until we get to the truth of the matter, we really cannot move forward. And working through this book has helped me to get unstuck and given me the confidence and the courage to move forward with decisions, creative endeavors, and projects that I was afraid to do. Ultimately, we are the master of our own destiny. And this is a great guide in leading you in the right direction…forward!
